Agreement

By accessing siratarchive.com and purchasing from Sirat Archive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

The Brand

Sirat Archive is a limited-drop streetwear brand operated by Sirat Archive LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. Each drop is produced in small quantities and documents a specific chapter in the Archive.

Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Sirat Archive reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at any time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • The payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Your order is subject to acceptance and availability

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment information.

Sirat Archive reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfill.

Limited Drops

Archive drops are intentionally limited. Once a piece sells out, it is gone — we do not do restocks. On rare occasions, a piece may return as part of a deliberate archive event, but this is the exception, not the rule. Early access is available to our waitlist — sign up at siratarchive.com.

Intellectual Property

All content on siratarchive.com — including the صراط wordmark, logo, photography, design, and copy — is the property of Sirat Archive LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
  • Interfere with the operation of the site
  • Submit false or misleading information

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirat Archive LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
