Where We Ship
Sirat Archive currently ships to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total after any discounts are applied.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. During drop launches, processing may take up to 7 business days due to volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Sirat Archive.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sirat Archive is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@siratarchive.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 2 additional business days — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early
- Contact us at hello@siratarchive.com with your order number
We will work with you to resolve the issue, but Sirat Archive is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
