Sirat Archive does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Every piece is part of a limited drop — produced in small quantities and not restocked. We encourage you to review sizing carefully before purchasing. Our size guide is available on every product page.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@siratarchive.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it at no cost to you.

This is the only circumstance under which a refund or replacement will be issued.

Promotional Codes

Promotional and discount codes issued by Sirat Archive are non-transferable and intended solely for the original recipient. Codes are limited to one use per customer.

If a promotional code is used by someone other than the intended recipient, or in violation of its stated terms, Sirat Archive reserves the right to cancel the order and charge a $15 cancellation fee.
